Founder

Emilio's approach to theatre comes from the unique perspective of a Director/Designer. Choosing to approach each piece from a world building ethos in which all design elements are considered and embedded in every choice made on stage and off. 

Emilio has a unique ability to translate the languages of designers to that of the actors and vice versa. The result is a fully harmonized production in which all theatrical elements communicate together as one.

Founder

Working across theatre, opera, and other performance forms, Talia combines rigorous dramaturgy with an expansive, often multi-disciplinary toolkit rooted in the conventions and possibilities of the medium. Her process prioritizes research, close reading, and collaboration within and across all areas of production, creating a team who strives together towards the truest, clearest, most effective version of the thing.

Talia has a particular interest in (both separately and together) works from or about the past; adaptation in all its flavors; and staging non-dramatic texts. 

Founder

Brittany is a community-first artist committed to creating chemical changing accessible theatre. They believe in breaking down the divide between "us" (the artists) and "them" (the audience) to form "we" — community.

Brittany invites all collaborators to collectively explore questions such as: Why is a person the way they are?How can we generate organic staging?What happens when we build the narrative together? Through this collaborative process, they aim to create theatre with an energy so infectious that everyone — on stage and off — becomes a part of it.

As a Theatre Artist B’s goal is to tell stories that reflect my view from the center of the Venn Diagram, the overlapping of experience. Cultivating a team of curious artists creating fast paced, honest, and unrepeatable experiences. Dedicated to process, B is a deviser who works with community members and actors alike to build a process specific to the questions and skill sets of the group.

Founder

Dennis is a Brazilian-American director of theatre and opera with a penchant for classical stories and their lasting truths. His work has been praised as "intelligent,” “carefully thought-through," and "elegantly simple" by The Wagner Journal.

Initially trained as an actor, Dennis works closely with his casts to achieve a kind of absolute naturalism in performance, which he juxtaposes with large-scale symbolism in design, allowing for an emphasis on clarity of storytelling through athletic, dynamic staging and grounded, intimately truthful acting.
